Creativity is fascinating. I have spent years developing my capacity to feel, see, hear and sense a whole range of inputs into the mind, and I have no problem with the idea that inspiration is, at least in part, mediated by information which transcends the physical brain. This can be personal (spiritual) or impersonal ("intelligent" systems). Teleology is another domain that is fascinating, and my own experience and understanding is that the future is in part or maybe in whole, predetermined. I have premonitions as a normal part of my life. For example, I have many regarding sporting events, and can pick most games I have an interest in ahead of time (the interest is important, as there needs to be some meaningful connection with the game/event). In fact I wrote about this a couple of days a go on my blog. I am not sure how to reconcile this with free will, which also seems to be important from my experience.Marcus T. I remember an old physicist I knew. He said that TIME was invented so everything doesn't happen all at once. A similar sentiment.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
